Shipping Info: Processing time: 1 to 5 business days (normally shipped on Tuesdays).

Shipping is through CTT, the Portuguese national post service.

For orders outside Portugal: tracking is always included and will be sent to you in a message after shipping.
For orders outside the EU: Prior to shipping I must fill an online notice, which includes your email (for customs).

Portugal: 1 day (Correio Azul).
Europe: Priority, 3 to 5 days.
Rest of the World: 5 to 10 days.

Please send a message BEFORE buying if your order exceeds 1 Kg or is more than 3 LPs - different postal rates could apply, eventually to your advantage.

Average weights: 1 LP: 300g. 1 CD: Digipak, 55g; Jewelcase 95g.
Packaging: 1-2 LPs 120g. 1 CD: 20g.
Return Policy: Please be aware that tracking service doesn't mean your package is insured. So, in case your purchase gets lost or damaged, we cannot offer you a refund. If it happens, please contact immediately your post office.
Feel free to ask for insurance (it costs around an extra euro).
All LPs are shipped in cardboard cases made especially for LPs, and packaged with care.
Returns not accepted.
